I take pride in being one of the Maintenance Technicians at Operation: Red Dot, where I’m trusted to handle inspections and fieldwork across both our rental and conventional properties. My role puts me on the front lines of every project, ensuring each property is accurately assessed, properly documented, and ready for the next phase. Whether I’m walking a unit turn, identifying maintenance needs, or verifying completed work, I approach every inspection with a sharp eye for detail and a commitment to doing things right the first time.

Before joining the team, I built my foundation through years of hands-on maintenance experience and by running my own handyman service business. That experience taught me how to problem-solve in real time, adapt to unexpected challenges, and communicate clearly with clients about scope, expectations, and results. Owning my own business also instilled a strong sense of accountability and pride in my work—there’s no cutting corners when your name is on the line. I carry that same mindset into every property I step into today, always focused on quality, efficiency, and long-term solutions.

At Operation: Red Dot, I play a key role in supporting both the maintenance and leasing teams by ensuring properties are fully understood before work begins and properly evaluated once it’s complete. I understand how important it is for our clients and team to have accurate, reliable information, and I take that responsibility seriously. Outside of work, I enjoy spending time with my family, traveling whenever I can, and cooking—whether it’s trying out new recipes or perfecting old favorites. Those moments help me stay balanced and bring a positive, dependable energy into everything I do.
