A little bit about me...

As one of the Maintenance Coordinators at Operation: Red Dot, I bring 20 years of expertise from my career in the US Army, where I specialized in transportation logistics and strategic planning. My leadership skills and ability to manage large-scale operations—spanning over 1,000 sustainment missions and multi-million-dollar projects—ensure superior performance and seamless results.

Outside of work, I cherish spending quality time with my family, whether we’re sharing a meal, laughing, or creating memories together. I also find joy in working in my garage, fixing cars and motorcycles, and tinkering with small engines—it’s both satisfying and therapeutic. In my free time, I love exploring the Pacific Northwest through hiking, camping, off-roading, and fishing. These activities, along with hunting and travel, let me connect with nature, discover new places, and provide for those I love.

At Operation: Red Dot, I oversee maintenance requests, coordinate schedules, and manage vendor dispatch while maintaining detailed records and assisting with preventative maintenance programs. My dedication, strong work ethic, and attention to detail, honed during my Army service, ensure our properties are well-maintained and our clients are satisfied.
