Once your home is managed with Operation Red Dot, you’ll have a secure online portal experience that keeps you informed, organized, and in control—without living in your inbox. Think of it as your command center: clear financial visibility, streamlined documents, and on-demand access to the information you actually care about.

Once your home is under our management, you will be able to:

  • See real-time performance at a glance with a dashboard that can include total income, total expenses, owner contributions, owner disbursements, occupancy %, and rent collection (charged vs. paid month-to-date)
  • Customize your dashboard and widgets so the information you care about is front-and-center
  • Generate real-time reports with filters (by property and date range) to get answers fast
  • Export reports to Excel/CSV and print to PDF, plus search within reports for specific line items
  • Download statement packets and access published financial documents anytime (current + historical)
  • View property-level details like occupancy status, move-in date, lease end date, rental amount, and reserve balance (if applicable)
  • Access shared documents in one place (including important files we publish to your portal, like statements, reports, inspection documentation, and other key records)
  • Make owner contributions for repairs/maintenance in a few clicks (when enabled)
  • Access 1099 tax documents when available
  • Secure login with two-factor authentication (2FA) for added protection

Your residents will also have access to a secure portal that reduces friction, improves communication, and helps maintenance issues get reported clearly and quickly—so small problems don’t turn into expensive ones.

Residents will be able to:

  • Pay rent securely online (one-time payments or autopay)
  • Pay via eCheck (ACH) or debit/credit card, with options like Apple Pay where supported
  • View their account ledger and payment history anytime
  • Submit maintenance requests with photos and track status updates through completion (when enabled)
  • View and download shared documents sent through the portal
  • View, download, and electronically sign leases/renewals when delivered digitally
  • Upload proof of renter’s insurance directly in the portal (when enabled)
  • Update key profile details (contact info, vehicles, etc.) depending on portal settings
  • Use web + mobile app access with two-factor authentication (2FA) for security
