A little bit about me...

With over five years of experience in property management and real estate, I bring a well-rounded mix of leasing expertise and traditional brokerage experience to my role at Operation: Red Dot. My background includes helping clients buy, sell, and lease homes, conducting property tours, advising on contracts, and managing day-to-day property operations. I take pride in my ability to communicate clearly, stay organized, and provide a smooth experience for every client I work with. My goal is always to ensure that whether someone is searching for their next home or preparing to rent out their property, they feel confident and cared for throughout the entire process.

Outside of work, I’m passionate about exploration, creativity, and staying connected to my community. I’m an amateur astronomer and photographer who loves capturing images of the Moon and night sky through my telescope. I recently earned my scuba diving certification and enjoy the calm of exploring shallow coastal waters. I also take part in local volunteer events like tree planting, litter cleanups, and food bank support. When I’m not volunteering, you’ll often find me hiking the trails around Mount Rainier, walking along the coast at Westport, painting with watercolor, or practicing Tai Chi—a discipline that connects me back to my lifelong study of martial arts.

As a Licensed Showing Agent and Property Management Assistant, I serve as a bridge between our property management and real estate teams. I assist clients with everything from touring available homes and coordinating leasing logistics to supporting buyers and sellers in achieving their housing goals. I’m dedicated to making every experience a positive one—delivering exceptional service, attention to detail, and a personal touch that reflects the mission and values of Operation: Red Dot.
