As the Maintenance Coordinator at Operation: Red Dot, I bring a wealth of experience and expertise from my 9-year tenure in the US Army, where I specialized in transportation logistics and strategic planning. My career has been marked by successfully orchestrating over 1,000 sustainment operations and managing multi-million dollar projects. My proven leadership skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage teams have consistently ensured superior performance and seamless operations, making me a valuable asset to the team.
In my free time, I love spending quality time with my family, whether it's enjoying a weekend outing or simply relaxing at home. I am passionate about golfing and find the sport to be a great way to stay active and enjoy the outdoors. Playing the guitar is another one of my cherished hobbies; it allows me to express my creativity and unwind after a busy day. Traveling is a significant part of my life as well, and I relish the opportunity to explore new places and cultures. These activities not only help me relax but also provide me with fresh perspectives and a positive, enthusiastic attitude that I bring to my professional life.
At Operation: Red Dot, my role as the Maintenance Coordinator involves ensuring that our properties are well-maintained and our clients are satisfied. I manage maintenance requests, coordinate scheduling and dispatching of techs and vendors, and maintain comprehensive records of maintenance activities. I also assist in developing and implementing preventative maintenance programs and support the property management team in all aspects of property maintenance and operations. As an Army Veteran, I bring a strong work ethic, dedication, and commitment to excellence to my role.
