Application Submission

Once you’ve found a property that feels like home, it’s time to submit your rental application. You can easily apply online through our website, or our team will send your group the application directly. We’ll ask for basic information such as your contact details, rental history, and employment information. A non-refundable $40 application fee per person is required to cover the costs of processing your application.

Income Verification

To ensure a smooth and successful tenancy, we need to verify that you have a stable income. We typically require that your monthly income be at least 2.5 times the rent amount. You’ll need to provide recent pay stubs, tax returns, or other documentation as proof of income. For military personnel, provide your LES (Leave and Earnings Statement). Self-employed applicants can submit bank statements and business P&L’s or 1099’s in lieu of pay stubs.

Credit/Background Check

Your financial responsibility and rental history are important to us. We’ll conduct a thorough credit and background check to ensure there are no major red flags. Don’t worry if your credit isn’t perfect – we understand that life happens. We’re more interested in your overall reliability and willingness to meet your financial obligations. Many credit issues can be mitigated.

Pet Approval
