Pet Policy:

Pets considered with breed restrictions as determined by the owner. All pets must be approved through Pet Screening. Breed restrictions do not apply to legally protected service animals or assistance animals as defined by law. Pets have a $300 security deposit and a $300 non refundable cleaning fee (fee goes towards flea bombing and pet seal at move out).
