A little bit about me...
For me, property management has always been about more than properties. It’s about people.
With nearly 15 years of experience in property management, leasing, and operations, I’ve learned that great service often comes down to the things that seem simple: listening, communicating clearly, following through, and making sure people know they have someone in their corner.
Throughout my career, I’ve worked across nearly every aspect of residential property management. That experience has taught me how to see both sides—what a property needs to operate successfully and what a client needs to feel comfortable and confident in the process. I genuinely enjoy working with people, finding solutions, and making what can sometimes feel like an overwhelming process a little easier.
That’s what excites me about being part of Operation: Red Dot. Military families can face an entirely different set of circumstances when moving, and I want the clients I work with to know they have someone who is responsive, knowledgeable, and genuinely invested in helping them find the right home.
Outside of work, I love traveling to Montana to visit my family any chance I get. I’ve developed a deeper interest in cooking and enjoy branching out beyond the traditional dishes I made while raising my family and trying new recipes and cuisines. I’m an avid reader, especially of books
about personal growth, human behavior, and real-life biographies. I also enjoy spending time at the park with my dog and love live music, particularly blues and neo-soul, discovering new artists, and catching live performances whenever I can.
