As a homeowner my first concern is to fill vacancy and James was able to find a quality tenant to rent my home within 30 days and they have been amazing keep my home well maintained these past few years, along with keeping ORD informed about necessary maintenance required.
I have had four home repairs needed in the past two years (two of them were considered emergency repairs required within 24-48 hours) and all were due to the regular maintenance or lifecycle of the equipment. Every concern was addressed quickly and his team always contacted me immediately to inform me of the situation and they already had a plan of action ready to resolve the issue for everyone involved.
